1. Who we are

Pagivra PDF is operated by JR Netmedia (ID927824G), Carrer Avellaners, Ed. Griu, A3, AD200 Encamp, Principality of Andorra ("we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact page.

2. The service

Pagivra PDF lets you open, organize, fill in, sign, compress and convert PDF files. You can try it without an account. Downloading or exporting results requires an account and an active plan.

3. Your account

Keep your login details safe and use accurate information. You are responsible for the activity in your account.

4. Plan and payments

The plan starts with a 7-day introductory period for the price shown on our pricing page. It then renews automatically every month at the monthly price until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, downloads and exports are paused until the payment is completed. Your content stays available in your account.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with Pagivra PDF. You allow us to process them only to provide the service to you. Do not upload content you are not allowed to use or that is unlawful.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other users' data, or interfere with how it works.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pagivra PDF available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. We may improve features and update these terms; we will tell you about important changes.

10. Responsibility

Check your results before you use them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. This does not remove the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
