1. Who is responsible

JR Netmedia (ID927824G), Carrer Avellaners, Ed. Griu, A3, AD200 Encamp, Principality of Andorra, is responsible for your personal data in Pagivra PDF. Contact us through our contact page.

2. What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and a protected version of your password.
• Your content: the PDF and image files you open and the changes you make. Files are edited in your browser and only uploaded when you save them to your account.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference, never your card number.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Technical data needed for security, such as your IP address and essential cookies.

3. Why we use it

To provide Pagivra PDF, manage your account and plan, answer your messages and keep the service secure. We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and to meet legal obligations.

4. How long we keep it

Files you save are deleted after 24 hours. Saved settings, recipes and templates are deleted after 7 days, and so are the AI answers you request. Account data is kept while your account is active. Billing records are kept for the period required by law. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.

5. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (servers in the European Union), our email provider (account and support emails), and AI service providers that process the text you submit for AI features (questions, summaries, translations), only to return the result. Only the text you choose is sent; text recognition for scanned pages and the other tools work in your browser. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy. Write to us through the contact page. You can also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and separate storage for each product.
